Solitary Banana Peel Causes Man To Take A Swim

Late on Friday evening, 64 year old Haymitch Abernathy was rescued from Primrose Park Pond, after he slipped on a stray banana peel. Haymitch was out on his nightly stroll around Primrose Park, when his foot landed on a solitary banana peel. Abernathy slipped and shot, head over heels, face first into the pond. 'This is why young hooligans should be properly educated on the importance of being a tidy kiwi!' Haymitch said after being pulled from the pond by local farmer, Gale Hawthorn. Hawthorn heard Haymitch's cries for help and rushed to his aid. Haymitch is uninjured and well.
